including me as a designer frustrated and unable to bring their visions to life. The mass
production environment not only creates high market entry barriers for new talents but
also we feel it's not the sustainable way.

At Kriators, we use top-tier machinery from Schultheiss, Foredom, Umicore, Aliprandini,
Mettler Toledo, and Fischer for high-quality jewelry manufacturing.

3. Electroplating: In-house setup for various plating using Pino Aliprandini sa and Umicore
chemistry.

Graduate Gemologist & Applied Jewelry Professional - GIA, B.des-NIFT, having more than 7 years of industry experience from mines to market is taking care of the Sales & Finance in the company.

Shivani Singh, CMO
Jewelry design - GIA, B.Des NIFT, After spending 7 years in the industry in her last role as product design manager in PDPAOLA and traveling around the world, she now leads the overall communication of The Kriators.

Kathrin Schoenke
Ms. Schoenke, a seasoned expert in traditional bench jewelry manufacturing, product design, and gemology, enriches The Kriators with over three decades of experience. Educated in Germany and Switzerland, she holds a BA in Product Design and an MA in Metallurgy. She has collaborated with renowned brands such as Tiffany & Co., Cartier, and De Beers. In 2004, she founded KNS Platinum Solutions, a consultancy specializing in platinum manufacturing
and high-end jewelry design. Operating from the US and India, her firm serves clients worldwide. Her unparalleled expertise ensures the highest quality for The Kriators.

Kapil Goyal
Kapil Goyal, a visionary in sustainability, finance and manufacturing, enriches The Kriators with over 20 years of global expertise. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee (B.Tech) and the Indian School of Business (MBA in Finance), Kapil's distinguished career spans Europe and Asia. As a guest lecturer at Danish universities, he inspires future leaders on topics like green bonds and
finance. Kapil's role as our advisor leverages his deep knowledge of sustainable practices, guiding our vision and strategy.

Ganesh Subhash Tanpure
Ganesh Subhash Tanpure, a distinguished industry professional, brings over 13 years of expertise in manufacturing and IT to The Kriators. With a B.Tech from Pune University, an M.Tech from IIT Roorkee, and a PhD from NIT Jaipur, Ganesh has excelled in implementing enterprise systems and optimizing manufacturing practices. As our advisor, Ganesh's
insights are pivotal in driving our product development and management strategies.

4. Our NPD team reviews your product development sheet online.
5. Lead time for new products and quotes is 4 weeks. R&D lead time varies by design
complexity.
6. No MOQs. We support emerging brands with flexible solutions.
7. Mass production lead time is 60 days.
