The 70th Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair: The World’s Leading Gems and Jewelry Destination

Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair is one of the world’s most renowned and longest-celebrated gems and jewelry trade fairs. Consecutively organized for 4 decades, Bangkok Gems is regarded as a significant trading arena where global gems and jewelry players can achieve their purposes in trading and networking, while the jewelry enthusiasts could get inspired and fulfill their jewelry path. This event clearly highlights Thailand as a gateway to ASEAN countries where business opportunities abound and as a global sourcing and manufacturing hub.

Held jointly by The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) or GIT, the 70th Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair will take place between 9-13 September 2024 at Hall 1-8, Level G & LG of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) located at the heart of Bangkok. It is estimated that the upcoming fair will welcome back more than 1,100 exhibitors from both domestic and international origins participated, occupied approximately 2,500 booths and over 35,000 buyers and importers from all over the world.

THE EVENT HIGHLIGHTS 

• The Networking Reception :  a significant event fostering networks, strengthening relationships, facilitating trade negotiations between Thai entrepreneurs and international buyers

• The New Faces :  a vibrant platform for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Thai gems and jewelry sector to connect with global buyers. 

• The Jewellers : the showcase highlighting the creative designs of Thai designers from DITP’s Talent Thai and Designer Rooms project

• “The Spirit of Jewelry Making” Exhibition dedicated to present Thai craftsmanship, including the gold jewellery making demonstrations by master artisans and the Heritage Showcase featuring selected jewelry masterpieces from Thai Goldsmith Association and our exhibitors.
